Farcically Obama has recruited two former presidents, Bill Clinton and George W Bush, to help with private fund raising, the former responsible for the 1994 coup against Aristide, the latter for the one ten years later as well as the debacle of Hurricane Katrina that smashed New Orleans in 2005.
