Jody McIntyre - Independent journalist and activist, on his eight months in Palestine during 2009/10, stories of Palestinian resistance from Bil'in to the Gaza Strip - http://jodymcintyre.
Hicham Yezza - Writer and activist, editor and founder of Ceasefire Magazine, speaking on terror laws and racism in Britain. Hicham was wrongly arrested and detained under the Terrorism Act in 2008, cleared but immediately charged with immigration irregularities, and finally won his case against the Home Office in August 2009 and released after five months imprisonment - http://ceasefiremagazine.co.
Ih-Tisham Haque - London anti-racist and Palestine solidarity activist from the Revolutionary Communist Group/Fight Racism! Fight Imperialism!, on Britain's relationship to Israel and the tasks facing the Palestine solidarity movement in Britain.

Film Showing of "Cuba Brigade 2009"

Film of our 2009 political brigade to socialist Cuba featuring first hand accounts and interviews with Cubans and footage of May Day in Havana where one million Cubans were marching through the capital in support and defence of their revolution.
